NOTE: These are on a sensor and will only operate when the time indicates on and will last around 15min.

EXTERNAL BOLLARD LIGHTS: TIMES

EXTERNAL WALL LIGHTS: TIMES
ON: 6:00am OFF: 8:00am
ON: 6:30pm OFF: 11:00pm

FOYER LIGHTS GROUND AND LEVEL 1: TIMES
ON: 7:15am OFF: 6:30pm

The after-hours light switch is located directly outside Suite 1 under the Suite 1 sign. This will give about 15min of light and will turn all internal lights on.

There is no after-hours switch located on level 1.

ALL OUTSIDE WALL LIGHTS + BOLLARDS + DECK UP LIGHTS: TIMES
ON: 5:30pm OFF: 9:00pm
NOTE: Timers are set to a light sensor: if there is too much daylight, the lights will remain off until the sensor detects minimum daylight for operation.

Light sensor is located above internal car park exit door (south facing wall mounted).

INTERNAL CAR PARK LIGHTS:
ON: 7:00am OFF: 8:30pm
NOTE: These are on a sensor that will detect movement and will operate for around 15min when timers indicate power on.

FOYER LIGHTS GROUND AND LEVEL 1: TIMES
ON: 7:00am OFF: 8:30pm
NOTE:  After-hours switch is located on the ground floor wall outside Suite 6: there is no after-hours switch located on level 1. This will turn all internal foyer lights on, (ground and level 1) for around 15min.

 

FOYER GROUND LEVEL: TIMES
ON: 6:00am OFF: 8:00pm
NOTE: No after hrs light switch located

FROUNT UNDER COVER CAFE ENTERENCE:
ON: 6:30pm OFF: 10:30pm
NOTE: No after-hours light switch located.

UNDER COVER CAR PARK LEVEL 1+2
ON: 6:00am OFF: 8:00pm
NOTE: After-hours light switches are located outside lift exits on both levels.

LEVEL 1 COMMON AREA: TIMES
ON: 6:30am OFF: 7:00pm
NOTE: Timer is currently on override and is on permanently 24hrs/day.
There is a switch located outside the fire exit to the front of the building.

LEVEL 2 COMMON AREA: TIMES
ON: 6:30am OFF: 8pm
NOTE: There is a switch located outside the fire exit to the front of the building.

There is no after-hours switches located on the ground, first or second floors.

 INTERNAL CAR PARK: TIMES
ON: 5:00am OFF: 10:00pm

NOTE: The car park lights will always automatically come on when the entry / exit gate is operated. The lights will remain on for around 20min after gate is opened / closed what allows to get to the car safely even if the times are outside of the times mentioned above (5pm-10pm).

The location for this sensor / timer is above the entry / exit gate on the wall.

COMMON AREA LIGHTS:
Note: There is no sensor or timer for all the common area lights. The switch locations are mentioned below:

GROUND LEVEL:
LOCATION: The switch is located outside the entry to Suite 2 (EVERY THING INFRASTRUCTURE).

LEVEL 1:
NOTE: This is a three- way switch system turning the lights on in stairway and level 1 hall way.

LOCATIONS:
1st Location: On the ground / entry level on the red wall opposite entry to building. This operates lights for stairs to level 1

2nd Location: Opposite Suite 103 next to stairway. This operates lights for Level 1.

3rd Location: At the top of stairway at level 2.
 

NOTE: ALL LIGHTS OPERATE TO TURN LIGHTS ON / OFF IN STAIRWAU AND LEVEL 1 HALL WAY.

LEVEL 2:
NOTE: 2 switches operate hallway common area for level 2.
LOCATION: Opposite male toilet level 2 (both switches are located next to each other).

FRONT EXTERNAL ENTRY AREA:
NOTE: These lights are on a light sensor which is located on the wall outside front entry (external). This will turn lights on when it gets dark and turn them off when it is light.
Location of main switch:
Opposite male toilet on the ground level in suit 2 (everything infrastructure).


NOTE: THERE ARE NO AFTER HOUR SWITCHES. ALL INTERNAL LIGHTS MUST BE TURNED OFF MANUALLY AT SWITCHES ALLOCATED. ALL BATHROOM LIGHTS HAVE THEIR OWN SWITCHES LOCATED INSIDE THE ENTRY TO BATHROOMS.
